Old time family fun is back in Boone.  Enjoy ice cream or a picnic lunch under the trees while the stirring sounds of a Sousa March or a Dixieland Rag entertain you.  Held rain or shine the Iowa Municipal Band Festival is a wonderful way to relive old traditions or begin new ones.
